This company messed my floor up. We bought a new house and they were contracted to acid wash the floors prior to us moving in. They did a horrible job (wood-looking ceramic tile was very cloudy) and had to come back again prior to us taking ownership of the home in a few days. The floors were still cloudy and a red/pink residue was left in the grout. There were also bristles or something from whatever they used to scrub with all over.
