We had 2-3 visits with them before the actual job. Since we had to deal with our insurance company, work was delayed but they were understanding and handled our needs gracefully. The actual installer Hector was okay. He and his fellow worker ripped out our old floors and then came back and installed the new ones. Overall we were very pleased with the outcome.
