got my wooden floors installed in April 2018 . I called by May because some work was not correctly done. The contractor send one of his crew who i would easily say is below 21 years of age! Can't communicate in English. I called Monica who happens to coordinate repairs and since July 2018 no one has come. I have areas on the floor that were not seamlessly done and as such wanted them to be corrected. Unprofessional. We are supposed to get carpet put in on Thursday, September 27th. We had to prepay them and here it is Saturday, September 29th and still no carpet. They've rescheduled twice due to weather however they call an hr prior to the supposed arrival time to say they can't come. If their work is contingent on weather one would think they'd check the weather prior to scheduling so that the customer isn't being inconvenienced repeatedly.

I had a great experience with these guys, they actually know what they are talking and have very good knowledge about the floor they sell. They came out for FREE gave me an estimate on the spot with no obligation of purchasing but they offered me a good deal so we installed that same week!! It was so easy and hassle free I highly recommend you give them a call

Just had my kitchen done by Flooring Direct. The floors were installed perfectly, the tile looks really great. The whole process was easy and they got everything finish within the same week. Highly recommend them to anyone needing new floors put in.
