I was at my wit's end looking at all the different floors and different stores. I emailed Flooring America and was lucky enough to receive a reply from Taylor. He came to my house and suggested a floor that he has in his house that he thought would be perfect for mine. I went to the showroom and picked the product I fell in love with. The floor was installed at the time that was set and lasted the duration that Taylor anticipated.
