I cannot say enough horrible things about Flooring America. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. BEWARE !!! Horrible installation. Two installers were having a loud profanity laced verbal confrontation in the parking lot of my condo that was a total embarrassment to myself. One of them walked off the job. It was just horrible. Our sales associate (Todd) was rude and uncaring. I could go on and on, but I will simply say once again...BEWARE !!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff!! We picked out our flooring and were given an estimate. Scheduled a floor measurement, which occurred on Monday (2 days later). Told by our dale person, that the estimate came in lower than given and gave us the credit. Can't ask for better and more honest
Manatee Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Bradenton just had their kitchen floor done by Flooring America and it is "perfect". Bill and his son Josh did the work and we could not have worked with better people. We had a tough job and they did not bat an eye in attacking every problem and finding a solution. I also had my previous condo done by Flooring America and knew they were the best. Highly recommend!
I have met and talked with Auda Welch in Sales/Design at Flooring America of Bradenton. So impressed with her extensive product knowledge and her enthusiasm for making sure her customers are happy and have a great experience overall with the purchase of their new flooring. Highly recommend her!!!
