Where to begin with how bad our experience was with Flooring America of West Knoxville. If I didn't have to leave 1 star, I wouldn't. What was quoted as a 3 day job, turned into about a 2 month nightmare. It was a disaster from putting down a deposit onward. And we are not talking a small amount of money here, we re-did basically an entire large home of flooring. A fine company with outstanding service. Joe, a man with experience, knowledge and the spry of a man decades younger helped my wife and I select vinal luxury tile to replace flooring in a sunroom. Two days later I came to purchase it and he wouldn't seal the deal until he rechecked the math on the previous measurements. We are incredibly pleased with this company, particularly their products, service, and pricing. Dale offered expert opinions and advice regarding the flooring selection, presenting various options that perfectly complemented our furniture and décor. The work was scheduled within days, and Lenin and his team executed an outstanding job in the shortest time possible—all at a very reasonable price. We couldn't have asked for a better company! Thank you all for making this stressful project such a positive experience!
Super happy with service we received today! We were immediately greeted, shown around the store, and walked out with an even better option than what I was imagining we would get, at a better price than I’d hoped for. We will return when we have more projects!
Joe is the best!! He has helped me for years. I won't see anyone else. He is so kind and very knowledgeable about his job. I am sure he treats everyone like he does me but, it makes me feel very cared for when buying from him. thanks so much Joe!
