We used Floor Pro work on our home in SC that is for sale. We asked them to power wash our driveway and sidewalks. Wow this company has some AWESOME people! Larry and Virginia are SUPER NICE and PROFESSIONAL!!! How many companies do you know send you a text with the pictures of the guys who are going to be at your house doing the work? Excellent customer service from start to finish...friendly, thoroughly answered all my questions, accommodating, and very professional. They gave me multiple appointment reminders and even texted pictures of the technicians beforehand. The technicians were on time, well-spoken, friendly and thorough and did a great job cleaning a used couch for me. Highly-satisfied with this company.

Just had Floor Pro techs Lawrence and Josh. So professional and respectful and really worked to get all spots out. Did whole house for carpet and also cleaned and sealed the grout in bathroom floor. Looks awesome. I will definitely recommend and use in future. Thanks also to Virginia who is their initial-contact person. She was super nice and followed thru with call and text before they arrived, pictures of the technicians in advance, and checked with me afterwards. Super customer service from this company. Thanks!

FloorPro is fantastic floor cleaning and restoration company! Larry & Virginia Gates do a great job of putting the customer first and always do a phenomenal job. FloorPro regularly cleans our floors at the Greater Lexington Chamber and we are ecstatic with their performance each time!

These folks are OUTSTANDING! Originally hired them via Thumbtack to clean an antique oriental wool rug. Beautiful results, excellent price. Today had them out to the house to clean 3 chairs, again, excellent price, super friendly guys, on time. Chairs turned out wonderfully! Highly recommend!
