RecommendedFast, efficient service! I absolutely love all the texts and emails. I was sent a picture of our technician so I knew exactly who was coming to my house. I had wall to wall carpet in the den and an area rug in the dining room cleaned. A great feeling to get it done!
These guys are awesome. I can not say enough great things about them. Within 24 hours they came and gave us an estimate and had out carpet cleaned. We have a lot of heavy equipment that they moved and put back, the next day the only thing that was different was our sparkling floors.
There's a reason why Floor Pro was awarded the Lexington Chamber Small Business of the Year for 2019! Excellent customer service! Top notch techs who are fast, friendly and thorough! They did a great job cleaning two area rugs in our house and the cloth interior in one of our vehicles! Highly recommended! Thanks again!!!

Wonderful experience with Floor pro! Called them to see if they could clean up a milk spill gone wrong in my suv. They charged a fair price and were fast and efficient. I called at 10am and it was 1245 and I had a clean carpet no longer growing mold! Rare these days to find a good company willing to work with a client and not just do a one size fits all approach. Will be back for sure for all other cleaning needs!

Floor Pro never disappoints me. Their techs are courteous, friendly, and efficient. I've tried Zero Rez and they could not match the quality of Floor Pro.
In April of this year (4/18) we needed a new finish on our already stripped engineered-hardwood floors. The owner, Larry, responsed quickly. However, the finish that he recommended (a two-step process including a bonding agent) appeared patchy. Larry agreed and applied a second finish without re-stripping the bond & finish already applied. Right away we noticed that the 2nd finish was coming up in places.
