Floor Pro was out to my house within two days - and the service was amazing! I loved getting texts with photos of my technicians so I knew exactly who was coming! My stairs and chairs have never looked so good!

We just had our floors done and I have nothing but great things to say about Floor Pro! Our Service Technicians, Lawrence and Devon, were both professional and very caring of our home. Had a water leak issue at home and they have made it a much easier process in repairs being made , Larry met with the insurance adjuster at my house to make sure everything was being covered from the leak. Highly professional and honest. Feel totally comfortable with their team coming in when I can't be there! Virginia and Larry have been absolutely great to work with and super service.!

Awesome first experience. Lawrence and Trey did an awesome job. They were professional and answered questions for me. I will be using in the future and highly recommend.
FloorPro did an excellent job. Their professionalism was the best around. They cleaned three rooms, our sofa and ottoman for a great price! The ottoman, which was ancient, looks new! I booked an appointment for 8am and Larry let me know when he was on his way and was promptly there at 8am! Larry was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly!! We will be giving them a call back when we're ready!

Floor Pro took care of my mom, and her carpets have not looked this good since before she moved into her house. They were very professional, efficient, and they offer great prices! One of the best places in Lexington!
