We will not use anyone but FloorPro. For us, their professionalism and friendly attitude is, by far..incomparable. They cleaned two rooms and a set of stairs for us at very good prices! We were sent an appt reminder the day before our appt and on the day of service, received a text with the techs names/pictures and an eta. My first point of contact with Floor Pro, was Virginia. She was very thorough with questions and seeking details, in order to serve my needs the best way possible. Prior to my appointment she followed up with text messages, providing technician information along with their pictures. The floor technicians - Lawrence and Joseph arrived on time. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and they did a thorough job. There was no upsell pressure or gimmicks attached, it was a straightforward service providing experience.
