We enjoyed working with Adam on our carpeting needs. He was very professional and helped us finish the last part of a very big job due to water damage in our home. We are happy with everything that we ordered from LVP, ceramic tile, and a backsplash besides the carpeting. We also talked to him on the phone a few times with the first items we ordered. I appreciated that he reached out and thanked us for our business after our last two rooms were carpeted.

Our experience was exceptional. The sales team was delightful to work with and went out of their way to help us get exacting what was needed. But the best experience was the team that came to place the mats and the carpets. The job was tough big heavy furniture, large rooms, and very heavy carpets. They were extremely knowledgeable and over the top helpful. Their attention to detail and relentless focus on getting everything perfect. We loved their work!
I recently had all of the carpet replaced upstairs in my home (4 bedrooms, loft, hallway, stairs, and closets—over 1,000 square feet), and I truly could not be happier with the experience. John and his team were nothing short of marvelous for our family home. We needed 5 rooms, a hallway and stairs outfitted with new carpet. His estimator came by, was 1000% professional and very thorough. Then, the crew showed up and knocked the tear down and installation completely out of the park.
