Terrible experience! Overcharged, and overestimated material. In particular, self leveler and LVP. They wouldn't take back the extra eighteen 50lb bags, and 3 boxes of LVP, leaving me stuck with extra material taking up space in my garage. Self leveler is $30 a bag, they charged me $50 a bag for 45 bags, and won't consider taking back the left over 18 bags! Collin and the crew at Floor Designs Unlimited are top notch. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They did a great job on our carpet. Highly recommend.
So impressed with the work this company does! They are really easy to work with and understood our needs. They were accommodating to schedule with, trustworthy (I left them in my house for the majority of the day), and the final product was beyond our expectations. They were efficient and clean as well. 100% recommend!

I had my stairs, hallway and three bedrooms carpeted. The entire procedure was easy to navigate and Jamie's advice and knowledge about carpet and installation was very important to me. The installers were very good and my new carpet looks wonderful.
