I need to shout out Collin at Floor & Decor for the help fulfilling my order when more than 1/3 of the large-format limestone tiles I ordered were delivered damaged. Collin had more product shipped in from AZ, then visually inspected the new tiles with me. He was fair with refunding what needed refunding, and I highly recommend this location and the 5* service I received.
While this store has a wide selection they take advantage of customers in delivery prices. I am a retired single woman who was matching vinyl put in my kitchen & bath by a contractor after a flooded kitchen. I am on a fixed income so money is hard to come by. The tile choice came from the store off Morens Blvd. To deliver 5 miles to my home it was $279 & $5-10 more a box to deliver to the 3rd floor despite there being an elevator. What a total rip off. Collin was amazing. We went there and our design appt was pushed by one of the designers there, but Collin saved the day. He was able to help me go through my list of items I needed for our bathroom remodel, walked us though picking items we needed and helped us address anything we had questions about. Will be back just to work with Collin again on our upcoming project.
