Ask for Steven…he was so knowledgeable and friendly. Usually, I walk around aimlessly, feeling lost. He greeted us as soon as we walked in, asked several questions to get a good idea of our needs, and helped every step of the way!
Went into the store only knowing what color grout I needed and thankfully Billy was there to help us match it. For someone who doesn’t know much about the materials that I needed, I definitely felt extremely confident choosing them with Billy’s help because it was very clear he was super knowledgeable about it all. Went in for only grout and came out with backsplash, grout sealer, grout, schluter trim, and more. Thanks to Billy I only had to make 1 trip!
I had a great experience today at this location. My design advisor Kelly Harris did a fantastic job helping me with my design and I really appreciated that she went the extra mile. She researched different natural stone cleaners to find the right match for my needs. She even printed out instructions and dilutions for me. 10 out of 10!
The employees are so willing to help, and do so with a good attitude. I appreciate how they all took time to help us out.
