Our excellent experience began with Edward Watson, the sales rep for FCI, who came to our home with knowledge, experience, and a strong ethical base. (I also liked that I didn't need to go to one of those overwhelming showrooms staffed by disinterested sales reps.) He listened carefully to our needs, appraised and measured the rooms to receive carpet, and returned with some great samples within the color/price range. We’ve used this company twice now, and each experience has been fantastic! Edward is wonderful to work with, and the installers, Teo and Raul, always do an amazing job. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail really stand out. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing flooring work!

Michael's team did a superb job on carpet as well refinishing the hardwood floors. He gave great recommendations on color coordination which I greatly appreciated.
