Kim Gustafson and her staff at Floor Coverings International have been excellent to work with. They took care of the flooring, bathroom updates and the painting of our much needed 26 year old home! As with any construction related project, there were issues and Kim and staff always had solutions. They were knowledgeable and responsive and everyone that worked in our home were always polite and respectful. I would use them again and would recommend them to family and friends!
Very professional and not pushy at all. Excellent customer service and great product! Mike was very helpful and upfront. We will use them again in the future!
We had a great experience working with the team at FCI to replace the floors in our house. They were easy to communicate with and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. We would recommend them to any of our friends and family.
Thank you Floor Covering International for your guidance, professionalism and responsiveness regarding my flooring needs. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you so much for the design help and the quality install.
We had a great experience working with Mike and his team on our flooring replacement. They were quick to provide us with quotes, communicated clearly throughout the process, and got the job done efficiently. The new flooring looks fantastic, and we really appreciated how easy they made the entire process. We would definitely recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for quality flooring work and great customer service.
