I really appreciate the effort and care James and Bianca provided to me. They were responsive to my needs and attentive prior to my appointment we had a meaningful phone call listening to my flooring needs. James Berry helped me pick out the perfect floors for my house. He was very informative and on time. He made sure the job was done correctly afterwards and he made himself available for any questions all the time. The installers, Eric and his Dad showed up on time and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail, removed all squeaks from the floors & stairs. I’m very impressed! I will be using their services again for my new house if needed.
I received a very thorough estimate on what the cost of the entire project from start to finish. I feel their representative James was very knowledgeable about all the products they sell and gave me lots of options. When he came to give me an estimate he brought dozens of samples so I could choose exactly what I wanted.
