Called Flomaster in the afternoon and I got the first appointment the next morning. He arrived on time. He was able to repair the problem within the first 15 min so it is covered under the minimum trip charge. A while later, I had another problem and he told me how to fix it myself over the phone and gave me tips for preventing it again. That's my kind of service! It's refreshing to find someone who is not just looking to make a buck. He'll get my repeat business!

Ken has high integrity and over 20 years in spa repair and servicing. I had spoke with other repair companies and was shocked at how they priced their services. Ken was much more reasonable and even offered me a way to save even more money. I will call Ken in the future for our spa repairs.
I put in the request on Sunday, he called right away and did the job.
Ken showed up right on time (he was in the neighborhood), diagnosed the problem and got parts quickly. Excellent job!
Solved our problem very quickly and didn't even charge us! What a nice guy.
Very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Repairs working well and provided supplimental information of value. Parts prices seemed high and did not fully explain/quote before repair (but I also didn't ask - my fault).
