FAST SERVICE AND FOUND AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM
Flomaster talked to me on the phone about the issues with my hot tub. We agreed on the date/time for the appointment. Flomaster was on time, troubleshot the hot tub and showed me why a certain part had failed. They had the part on hand based on the prior phone call conversation. The part was changed and the hot tub was in service within an hour. 6 weeks later and the hot tub continues to operate like new.
