Ken was very thorough and very knowledgable . The project took longer due to a few test runs but final product was excellent. I would highly recomend Ken to anyone who was looking for someone you could totally trust.

Ken did a great job. He had initial problems getting a part from the manufacturer that caused some delay, but he continued to follow up and once the part came in, he was able to move quickly to repair the spa.
Ken is a straight shooter, knows his stuff, speedy and funny!
Ken showed up several days before he thought he could, which was great. He figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. His price was very fair. As one who has had bad experiences with hot tub repair in the past this was terrific. I would highly recommend Ken and Flomaster. If I have any trouble in the future this will be my first call. Bob

Made it very simple, thanks! Left the bill on the door, was nice to not have to take off work and be trusted to pay the bill after the work is done.
Ken had no trouble diagnosing and fixing our problem (worn out heating element) and the price seemed fair.
