great service and nice people
Good service!
The tech came out to assess what my system needed, told me he would get the materials and come back to install and do all of that below a specific $ amount. He came back sooner to complete and charged me less than he had committed. Excellent service!
He was prompt, fair and kind.

Efficient, but deceptive on the final cost. Tell the base price but then go and get "supplies" which ran the cost WAY UP. No idea it would jump from $150 to over $400. Had no choice but to pay the final amount. Any further work has to wait after this stunt.

I don't know who this person is but a simple phone call to me would have cleared the confusion. I would never quote a job at 150 then charge 400, that would be terrible. They may have asked me for the price of the PART then assumed it would be installed for nothing, but never asked what the labor and tax would be. And no one "has no choice but to pay the final amount." or do I pull "stunts" on my customers. If they didn't want the repair I would have removed the part and charged nothing rather than have a negative ... read more
Ken is very experienced and professional. He also educates his customers to monitor problems and potential issues, as well as gives DIY advice and guidance. This saves his customers money if they are willing and able to put in that time. Flomaster gets my unqualified recommendation.
