Their recent racist and elitist ad regarding Fall Creek Place is straight out of KKK propaganda and so hateful. We need to avoid real estate groups who attempt to profit from minority low income home owners. I am embarrased for them.
You should be ashamed of your triggering and racially insensitive marketing and advertising of gentrification. Your tone deaf attempts at mislabeling communities of color go far beyond the pale of foolishness and reek not only of privilege but extreme prejudice and bias.
During such a volatile time in our country, I'm surprised you would create such a tasteless, crude, cruel, and inflammatory ad. It makes me question your judgement as a business, and I advise anyone considering the possibility of doing business with you to take your lack of sober judgment into consideration. Some of the greatest minds and souls this city has produced have emerged from the neighborhoods you so carelessly and cruelly disparage. What a disgrace.
The Ad I just saw making you sound like the white saviors of low income neighborhoods is abysmal. Vice lords, unholy habits, are you a Real Estate Developer or a host on The 700 Club. Shame on you for demonizing the people you're pricing out of their own neighborhoods.
Racist advertising sure makes it hard to support a business like this. So damn disgusting
