I had my first float today and went in with no expectations. Friendly and welcoming place with a great orientation to the process. I went in and immediately turned off the music and lights for full sensory deprivation. It was an amazing hour and I look forward to doing it again in the near future. I felt better physically when I left and felt like I was able to clear my mind.
My first float, it was an amazing experience! I will definitely do it again. I was able to completely relax and enjoy my hour of solitude!
It was an awesome experience and will Do it again. An hour goes by really fast. Once you realize you don't have to float like you do in a pool and you can totally relax it is awesome.
Pretty cool experience! Probably about as close to floating in space as you can get on earth. I would definitely recommend trying this to everyone.
