Amazing, intense, and as relaxed as I have ever been. Quite interesting as my body,let go, and then my mind went blank and then the fun began...dreaming while awake and intense, pleasant emotions... 1st time and I think I was just beginning to touch what this can do. Helps, I think if you have some relaxation background to get into it, but then I have a very unstill mind.
My wife and I were first time floaters and what an amazing experience. Great environment and Holly was really helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't have had a better experience, and can't wait to get back. Worth every penny and more.
My experience was totally amazing scheduled another one once I finished my first one. It will be a regular thing for me totally relaxed and helped with my PTSD and anxiety. My body released tension I didn't even realize I had.
