Amazing experience! Looking forward to my next float
I went in super nervous because I'm super claustrophobic, but I just closed my eyes as if I were sleeping and it was so easy to just relax after that! I started with lights and music off, but turned the music back on because it was soothing all on its own. I have fibromyalgia and a host of other pain and health problems, and I felt fantastic for about 2 days following my float. I haven't felt that good in YEARS! I had an amazing time! Wasn’t sure what to expect but everything was explained well. It was so relaxing and i had the best night sleep of my life afterwards!
I have floated three times. The staff is always courteous, and the environment is very clean. The float experience has been different every time, but always relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend it to anyone.
I’ve struggled with severe anxiety most of my life and I can truly say this experience was the only time I’ve EVER felt completely relaxed in a way I didn’t even know was possible. After my session I actually cried happy tears because it felt like such a miracle. I’m also a powerlifter and noticed a very significant reduction in muscle soreness. I plan on floating once a month at least and have been telling everyone I know! An absolute game changer for me.
What a way to relax, can't wait to do it again. Will bring my wife with me.
