After 5 or 6 days of braiding my daughter’s hair, one or more came out. And I reached out to Flo and she told me to bring my daughter on 6/19 at 6:00 Pm. We got there at 6:00 pm and Fl Flo kept us waiting outside till 7:37 pm. Very Obnoxious, rude and unprofessional.
Flo is loud and obnoxious, gets everything mixed up and very rude if you ask her to not pull on your hair edges, she can never get the hairstyle right. Her place is always dirty and filthy. She doesn’t understand how to run a business. Customer service is very bad, double books appointments and forgetful. Don’t waste your money, plus you will lose your edges.
Flo is very patient with children when doing there hair .
Do not go here RUDE PLACE HAS CHANGED STAY AWAY YOI HAVE BEEN WARNED YOU WILL LOOSE THE HAIR YOU GOT
