Flipt Review I have been using Flipt for about 3 months. System does a better job than most of providing full contact info - phone number and email. I have received several very good leads, and some that are perhaps long-term conversion prospects. All in all, it has been a solid lead system.

Looking forward to more leads in 2016! I think Flipt is a great tool for finding sellers. I get the lead texted to me but not showing up in email. Maybe it's just a setting and I like the idea that you are coming up with messages that have greater probability of getting sellers to respond after they take the initial step to inquire. Probably best to call the prospect and also send an email. I tend to be on my email as much as phone so would like to have notification in my email as I may not have my phone by my side 24 7!... read more

Not gaining any traction I'm honestly not getting a very good response since starting with flipt! leads in October. Myself and a team member have diligently followed up with each lead via phone calls, emails and snail mail. Most leads are only curious about the value of their home and are not actually contemplating a move at all. Although we remain optimistic that we may find one valid seller, I will only be able to continue this service until the end of March unless we begin to gain some traction before then; it's too ex... read more

I feel good about my investment ... I really love the ease, quality, and flow of my flipt campaigns. Thought it would be arduous but not at all. This is admittedly a whole new arena for me (social marketing platforms etc) and I feel good about my investment.
