Great Lead Capture The number of leads is really phenomenal. I haven't captured a listing, but, I feel comfortable that will happen.
Great Potential I really like the potential of Flipt. A lot of the inquiries do not have emails or phone numbers which obviously makes it hard to convert. I have had a couple of good opportunities but won't love it until I actually get a return on my investment and make some money. Thanks
Top of Mind Tool For me, it is more brand recognition in my area. In only two small towns, the leads come, but I love when someone tells me they see me everywhere. Top of mind is key.

Happy with flipt I'm impressed with the customer service flipt provides. I'm only a few days into this and they are calling me to offer assistance to improve my ads.
Jury is Out Flipt is making a lot of promises. So far most inquiries are not seriously thinking of selling they are just curious how this site works. It does create a connection with valid email addresses but you have to be careful of not creating spam. There is a lot of background work to satisfy peoples curiosity. So far a Jury is still out. Four months in, 116 inquiries, and zero conversion.

Easy to get started I'm just getting started but if the results are as easily achieved as setting it up I will be rolling in prospects.
