Great Results! I am the manager of the Hobe Sound office and signed up 3 months ago just to see how the system worked. Within a few hours I had a lead. Just got started Not sure yet. Day one....
A few weeks in and 1 listing already and more on the way! I only had Flipt a few weeks when I got a listing from their advertising! That listing will close shortly and the proceeds will far and above cover the cost of the program. I have had lots of opportunities to do CMA's for many leads since than that I know will turn into more listings. It's very easy to spend your hard earned dollars on advertising in Real Estate but when your results are easily measured it is most welcome. Kudos to the new guys on the block Flipt many... read more
