A little work I have been in advertising and I think that it is a great product, but I believe on the landing page, there should be a testimony as well as our information because a client should see an advertisement or person 3 frequency for it to register in their head. I think that the landing page needs work other than that, I think that things are great!

Just started using Fllipt. I think this is a great way to promote your brand and elicit potential buyers and sellers. It's a bit expensive and we'll see long term what the results are.

Getting leads I get a lot of leads in 3 weeks but know converted yet have not spoke to anyone yet in my Drip plan we will see. I will take 5 $500 out each sold listing from flipt and put back into more zips or space.
Headline I've had a few leads but no serious inquiries yet.
Worth the Money Actually when I first started with Flipt I was a bit hesitant but now I see the benefits with filling my pipeline. Within the first month I have been on two listing appointments which are looking to list in the next 6 months and have been in contact with several others. I do think over time this will prove to be an asset to my business
No results! I haven't had one appointment yet. My first group of leads was only 9 and none have made appts. Only one of them gave a phone number and has not wanted any contact from me. The rest were all address leads, several of which were vacant homes with no owners to contact. The second group came in larger numbers, of course, right when I had left on vacation. I texted all of the ones with cell numbers and emailed the ones I had emails for. I have finished emailing and calling all of them and following up with notes.... read more
Not too proud to admit I was wrong!! I was more than a little skeptical that this would yield any results, but I'm not too proud to admit I was wrong. I've had a huge response to my offering, far beyond what I was expecting, and I now have a growing database of future home sellers to keep my pipeline filled in the months ahead.
