Few leads, late notice, spend your money somewhere else There have been 101 new listings in my zip in the last 19 days, and Flipt has only sent over 3 leads.. One lead came on a Wednesday and Flipt notified me on Saturday ... three whole days later. This has happened twice. A nice idea but not really what they claim. This is just facebook linkbait that doesn't work.
Great Job I think flipt can really help realtors brand and market themselves.
It's just ok Have used flipt for over 6 months. They are true leads, not very convertable. Funny how, you get offered emails that are supposed to convert more leads when you decide to stop using flipt.
It's great. More options needed. It's great lead-generation. Would like more options to customize the ads.

Listed a $2.9M home after 4 months... Through Flipt I have built up a strong prospective seller pipeline in my area. I started using Flipt advertising in February 2016 and since I have received over 60 inquiries from my ad with full prospective customer contact info. It took about four months to land my first listing using the Flipt platform and that deal will generate around a 1775% ROI! I am very happy with the results.
Easy Navigation Just started haven't received a lead, but website is easier to navigate .
Meh. I don't want to kvetch. The interface is fine, the website is great, the idea seems to be sound. BUT most of the people are leaving fake emails and fake phone numbers. And, of those that do not, most seem to be on the farthest outskirts of selling. Its a good idea, but if I don't get a listing appointment soon, I will probably cancel.
