Review Wish some of the phone numbers were more up to date. But its an opportunity I would not normally have. All I need is for one deal to take care of 5 years of Flip.

Flip is better than sliced bread! Just signed up. Flip appeals to me because it promises to proactively search for seller leads on my behalf. Best of all the leads are mine exclusively! I am looking forward to a long and mutually satisfactory relationship with Flip.
So far so good I love how easy the ads are to set-up or change. I'm excited and hoping to block-out my competition with more zip codes soon!

Effortlessly Create a seller pipeline Flipt has helped us create a list of potential sellers. Most have some form of contact information (phone number or email.) We have yet to convert one but we knew from the beginning that these would be longer nurture opportunities. If you're good at long term follow up, this could be a great route for you!
