I bought a 1025R John Deere compact Tractor from Frank. He was real easy to work with, we negotiated a great price. He held the tractor for me until we could close on our new house. The delivery went well. They explained how to use the tractor and were extremely helpful. I called service for new mower blades and they were real friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot guys!
They were very helpful & knew their product well. Service was great. Nice store giant selection and good location.
The woman who answered the phone in service could use a training class in customer service. She had terrible phone etiquette. And it took over 3 weeks to get the blades sharpened and a small part replaced. Not the best experience.
Gene was really nice and knowledgeable..will most definitely be going back to this store..

We needed a new string trimmer, so we stopped in at Fletcher's. Frank and Vicki were awesome! They showed us several options and explained the features of each. They were very interested in finding out exactly what our needs were and did not try to upsell us into something we didn't need. These folks are first rate! We have recommended Fletcher's to friends, who have also been very pleased. When its time for us to replace our mower (which will probably be soon), these are the folks we will get it from!
