The money I've spent at fletchers is a tiny micro fraction of Fletchers sales. But more than a year after purchasing my mower the customer service still amazes me. As the owner of a small lawn care business, I cant put a value on the peace of mind knowing that my dealer has my back and is such a stand up group of people.

I only needed a simple part for my lawn mower but they were as nice as could be. Very friendly staff and even tho I did not purchase the minimum to be able to use my debit card they let it go through anyways. I Never carry cash so that was all I had to pay. My son enjoyed the "kids corner" and rode the tractor all over the store and the staff was just like "that's what it's there for!" Super nice!
We looked at similar snow blowers at other stores. We purchased our Walker mower from Frank Fletcher. His professionalism and product knowledge keeps bringing us back to Fletcher's. None of the other places can even come close. We also prefer to purchase where we can get service after the sale.
My visit and recent purchase of a Stihl backpack leaf blower was just excellent. Fletchers showed me the complete line and helped point out the advantages of each. I will recommend to all to try Fletchers first.
