Service department doesn't return phone calls
Absolutely!! Every question was answered with enthusiastic professionalism and patience. There was no pressure to buy. I was allowed to work through my decision process. Maria Fletcher was fantastic. She knew her stuff and was very fun to work with. My Ventrac is a beast!
I dropped off a riding mower for PTO belt 6 weeks later went to pick it up was making awful noise they said nothing to worry about went home cutting grass 15 minutes belt snapped into back in shop 2 more weeks them they charged me 50 dollars for a 25 dollar belt they also sold me a defective push mower then charged me to fox it please go somewhere else Fletcher sucks
We Were an hour and a half from home and our pole Saw broke while cutting trees. We called Fletcher’s and the service department was able to help us fix it over the phone! They Easily could have said bring it in and charged us a couple hundred dollars. Not at Fletcher’s the man in the service department walked us through exactly what to do and Bam it was fixed! What a great experience! I give it 10 thumbs up

I want to thank Fletcher’s for consistently kind and helpful service. My 14 year old son who has autism loves all things lawn care. He has saved his own money on three separate occasions over the past two years to purchase equipment (blower, trimmer, and his new Honda Mower!!!). Each time the staff at Fletcher’s has treated him with kindness and respect, addressing him as the customer and making him feel so grown up.
