RecommendedI came home at 7 pm on a Saturday night. It was very hot out side, the temperature was 98 but felt more like 110 due to humidity. my a/c was not running, I was feeling helpless so I picked up the phone made a call to see if someone could come and and repair my unit with out having a contract on it. Fletchers came out replaced our ac and heater...Despite the blistering heat, Doug and Sean (Yikes, I think that was their names) did not leave my house till after 7pm...they made sure I had at least air before they left. They came back the next morning and finished the duct work for the furnace. You guys rock!!!
I cannot praise this company enough! Our hot water heater stopped. It was 2+ yrs old and still under 6 yr warranty. Company who installed it was called and they couldn't send anyone for a week! A week without hot water??? Looked at Mfgr website and they listed Fletchers as a servicer of their products. Called them and they were wonderful. Set up an appt for the next day and said they would handle all warranty issues. The repairman was on time and very very nice. Wasted my time and sadly unprofessional. You setup an appointment with them, but they arbitrarily cancel it and don't care that it inconveniences a potential customer.
I had another company install my heating system which was still supposed to be under warranty when it broke. They quoted me a little under 12,000$ and told me to replace the whole system. Fletchers came out and informed me only one part was broke and temporarily fixed my heat (I have two babies in my home) and quoted me 600$ so I without a doubt gave them the job! Thank you for helping others and doing your job and being mindful I would 100% recommended fletchers. When we do replace our system we know who we’re calling !!!!

We had standing water in our basement from a sump pump failure. Glenn came out promptly as promised and diagnosed the problem, removed and replaced the sump pump. He worked efficiently and professionally and completely explained any concerns i had answering all my questions. Outstanding job and highly recommend him!
