I do not feel I was treated politely except by your sales guy. The initial work that was done that had a 1 year warranty on labor, one of the parts fell off my system. One of the thermostats you installed failed after 6 months and aside from the discomfort of a dead thermostat for a week, I had to argue with you about the 1 yr warranty on labor and 5 year warranty on the thermostat itself clearly written on my contract since you wanted to charge me $400. to replace it.

Charged $300 to come splice a cut thermostat wire. This was the work they did, wirenutted, left on the ground.... $300 for this shoddy work that will fail soon from corrosion.
I was having trouble with my air conditioning and I called Fletchers, Brian himself came out after hours and checked out my problem. Within minutes he figured it out and had me up and running within no time. professional as can be and I cannot express enough how much i appreciate his time. would definitely recommend Fletchers.
I do heating and air conditioning myself but have been working too much to look at mine myself. I called Brian and he sent Jason out next day (Saturday). Jason came out promptly, was professional, and figured out the problem with my A/C in minutes. Jason's visit was 30 minutes at the most. Great price, great service. I would recommend Fletchers everytime!!
Jeremy came today to remove the garbage disposal and connect the plumbing. Job was completed quickly and neatly. Thanks for a job well done. Also the price was less than I expected..
