Shaun Graef is an excellent sales representative. Purchasing my new Mercedes Benz was a breeze thanks to him. He is very knowledgeable with regards to the Mercedes Benz product and also very patient with the numerous questions that I had with my purchase. In February 2012 I bought a 2009 CLK 350 all blackCabriolet at Fletcher Jones, Shaun Graef the sales person who worked the salewith me and FJ staff. As others note in these reviews, Shaun is "ontop of his game" - he is an active listener and patient with all thequestions we throw at sales folks. Shaun Graef is a professional and polite sales rep. I would not have bought the car if it weren't for Shaun's continued communications and follow up. I have tried to buy a car in the last year through BMW, Audi, Mini...but no luck. I've walked into multiple BMW dealerships ready to buy but no one took notice nor care. I even responded to a MINI website survey that their sales people lack follow up and didn't return my emails, and receive no reaction from corporate. OMG, does anyone want my business or not?!! Mr. Shaun Graef was my sales rep for the two MB cars that I have leased from Fletcher Jones. What a nice person. He did take care of me and tried very hard to make the process very easy for me. Usually I am asking too many question and he tried hard to answer my questions. I also have an Autistic child and when he was with us at the dealership we had a small window of time. He did help us a lot to minimize the time that we needed to spend at the dealership. Thank you so much Shaun.

Rahmat Mohammadi is the best!!!!! My husband and I had first met Rahmat a year back when we purchased our first Mercedez. His customer service skills are excellent. If you tell him what you're looking for and the price range, he can select cars out that will fit your specifics. Cars that actually fit your personality and life.
