I was told the SUV I leased was a demo and then I found out it was a loaner. I asked the salesperson repeatedly and he assured me it was the service manager's demo. I even have this information in a text from the salesperson.In addition, the vehicle has a drivetrain vibration Mercedes Benz says is acceptable for this model.PLEASE, test drive a GLE 350 before buying and see if there is a drivetrain vibration.

All of my concerns about the car just dying on the road were addressed. The employees were very understanding.

Highly recommend Fletcher Jones to lease a new Mercedes-Benz. Their dealership and is highly professional and you are not there all day, they deal with you fairly and meet your expectations. The service is great. The also have a great service department. I always lease my cars from Sheldon Ball as he is one of the best Sales Consultants.
