Fame Nawabi took me for a test drive in a new 2012 C250. I was not at the dealership to buy a car. I owned a 2007 C230 and was just curious about the new C250 model. Shaun Graef is an excellent sales rep. He helped us get our used Mercedes. He has full knowledge of the cars and is very helpful and courteous. He does great following up on anything that is left unanswered. I will recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for a mercedes or a porsche. He is certfied with oth.

Shaun Graef & the General Manager Dave Gonzalez, they were great. Everything was handled professionally and great customer service. I was treated well, they answered all my questions. Shaun showed my how to use my new car and set up some of the stuff according to my specifications. They are a great team!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to this Mercedes dealer in Fremont last week and met Tom Hamid. He is a nice sales person and recommends C250 Coupe, a stylish new model. He offered a good deal but never pushed us. The best part is that we got the trade-in deal that we really like. Highly recommended!

In the last few years, we have purchased our vehicles from Fletcher Jones-Fremont. Recently, we came back and did just that. And the man that made it all happen was JUN RAMOS.
