Friendly good service. They're always on time when I pick up my Mercedes Benz. Wonderful coffee room with excellent bagels.
The only 2 questions I was asked over my 5 minute interaction was "What are you looking for?" and "Can we do this today?" When I answered not today the salesman walked away. Seems like we're back to judging a book by its cover.
