Friendly and proffesional
Brought a certified Mercedes E400 at the end of July 2019. It had certain issues, after taking the car for service/repairs possibly around 3-4 times they failed to repair the car. They kept the car each time for a number of days each time. Very nice polite people but they certainly need to raise the quality and caliber of their service. Very disappointed. Now they seem to be avoiding my calls.
