Leased a new 2012 e350 convertible last year. After a long day at work, I was welcomed by a dead car in the water with a series of error messages. I get it. These things happen. I call mbz roadside assistance at 4:30pm and they empathize with me getting a tow truck lined up and patching me to the fletcher jones dealer. However when I get to dealer, they will have no cars for me to borrow nor can they look at my car until tomorrow at 9am. Ugh!
