I am a patient care manager. I deal with patient/doctor relationships on a routine basis. As a matter of fact, I have accompanied many clients on appointments to this office. Now that the "tables are turned" and I am the patient, I can honestly say that Dr. Fletcher is extremely kind, caring and compassionate. He has helped me so much as an outstanding doctor with the most amazing "human" factor. I adore the office staff as well. They are so caring and friendly.
After years of putting it off, I went to Dr. Fletcher with pain in both shoulders. After some therapy & an MRI, we scheduled surgery first on one shoulder, and then the other. Rotator cuff, tendons tears, bone spurs - the surgery was extensive. It's been 6 mo from the first surgery & 3 mo since the 2nd. Dr. Fletcher was caring & thorough with the surgery & all follow up. I have recovered the full range of motion in both shoulders, no pain, and the strength I had 20 years ago. Thanks Dr Fletcher!
Dr.Fletcher has been my orthopedic for over 10 years. He's absolutely great with all his diagnosis and takes care of the issue without qualms. His bedside manners are impeccable. He's kind and very friendly and over all a genuine, one of a kind doctor. I will recommend him to anyone who's looking for a orthopedic doctor.
It is so refreshing to go to a doctor office where the doctor and staff are friendly, caring and go above and beyond to make sure you are taking care and resolve your problem.
This was my first visit with Dr. Fletcher. I got an appointment the day after my first call. Everyone was very nice. Dr. Fletcher made me feel comfortable and explained next steps and the process of what will happen pending my MRI. I feel I got extremely lucky just by searching online and finding a doctor close to me.
While he may be a great doctor, I was disappointed when it came time to drain the fluid from my knee. I was told to lay down so I couldn't see the actual procedure. Know that he numbed the knee and I only felt a pinch. But I later noticed that there was still a lot of water on my knee. He did say something about there being a little blood in the fluid, but X rays showed nothing wrong. I don't think he truly aspirated the water from my knee and I waited for a week to get to see him.
