Dr. Fletcher was pleasant during my appointment. Unfortunately, that's where my positive view of him and his office ends. I called his office because my issue wasn't resolved. Never received a return call. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called again. In fact, I called four times and neither he nor his medical assistant had the courtesy of returning the calls. Dr Fletcher is a great doctor. He takes his time with me and answers all my questions. He is very thorough and likes to get you into recovery ASAP. His office staff is super friendly and helpful.
