Very professional-----from check in to talking with Dr. Reynolds. I'm a new patient, and was extremely impressed with the organized manner that each issue was addressed.
I absolutely would recommend Dr Reynolds to anyone needing an Orthopedic Surgeon!
Have been with Doctor Reynolds for many years and am a very satisfied patient. However, wait times during the tourist season can be annoyingly long, sometimes as much as an hour.
Scheduling was great. Wait time past my appointment time was not so great. Usually running 25-30 minutes behind, so plan accordingly. Once in the back, the nurse, PA and doctor are really good.
I had a complete shoulder replacement in March 2020. Dr. Reynold’s could not have been more professional and personable.
