Great doctor, he replaced my knee and I am fully active again. He has established a very good team, they get back to you when you call. I highly recommend Dr Reynolds.
Dr. was direct but very helpful discussing my condition and various options. He answered multiple questions & covered alternatives before making a recommendation, which I plan to pursue. His nurse, Samantha was excellent.
I was a first time new patient and although I was treated respectfully, I spoke with 6 different people and not one of them was Dr.Reynolds. I was given my cortizone shot but not by Dr.Reynolds.....very disappointing for a new patient
Always nice, friendly, but professional, he is the best. I've been going there for years.
The wait time was minimal and doctor Reynolds was direct and to the point explaining my injury and expectations for moving forward. I feel very comfortable and confident with him being my doctor.
Scheduling was easy. I was seen promptly on time. The condition was explained thoroughly and treatment options presented. I was treated the same day, very skillfully and successfully. Couldn’t ask for more.
Periodically I have bursitis in my right hip. The technicians do an x-ray before to check my hip. Then I meet with Dr. Reynolds and his PA, Mike, to discuss. If an injection is warranted it is done at this visit. I walk out feeling so much better. Great staff from check-in to check-out. I am very satisfied with the care given at this practice.
Excellent visit
My experience with Dr. Reynolds Fletcher was disappointing. I came in with a right hamstring injury under Workers’ Compensation, but he refused to examine my left side despite reported pain. Later, I found out an X-ray was taken of the wrong area without my consent and used to deny my claim. In a follow-up visit, I respectfully brought this up. He became defensive, and the environment turned tense. No new imaging was done, yet he cleared me for full duty without asking about my pain or doing any physical exam. I felt dismiss... read more
