Unfortunately the front office staff does not do a good job of scheduling or addressing the patients needs. In today’s healthcare environment, driven by reimbursement, the patient can be lost in the shuffle, and this happened with this practice. Once past the front office staff, the X-ray tech, MA and PA were exemplary. I believe Dr Reynolds must improve his offensive line to coach his practice to the Super Bowl. He is a great surgeon hamstrung by a struggling clerical team.
I had a total knee replacement after an injury caused my knee to continuously fill with fluid and cartilage. Dr. Reynolds tried draining and Hyaluronate injections, but realized that was not the answer and fit me into the surgery schedule for the following week, although he was booking 2-3 months out. My friends who have had the procedure are amazed at my progress/quick recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds and his staff - PA Mike is knowledgeable and caring, as are Julian and the nurses.
He took the time to listen to my concerns. Took X-rays as I cannot have an MRI, and showed me the problem and discussed options for both knee and shoulder. We are seeing what works and for how long, to give me better idea as to what will be the best for my problem areas.
Great doctor that rush you into knee surgery. Went in for knee pain and he started me with cortisone shots. If that doesn't work, he recommended gel injections. Staff is awesome too!!

Really liked Dr. Fletcher, but honestly, it was his PA Mike that I was super-impressed with. Mike was thorough & skilled in both his assessment and his diagnosis. He made no assumptions, but rather actively listened as I described my symptoms. Upon examination, he went precisely to the point of pain. The diagnosis & treatment were apparently appropriate - since the treatment, my pain has been decidedly less intense. Great thanks to Dr. Fletcher AND to his PA Mike!
He is a younger Doctor that stays up on all new procedures. My,results from my total knee replacement are great. 11 weeks and I am playing golf with no pain. I am very satisfied with Dr. Reynolds and should it be necessary I will use him again for my other knee.
Dr. Reynolds is an outstanding physician. He and his team had me back on my feet in record time. My knee surgery and recovery was closely monitored by him and his staff so there was always a team offering support and encouragement.
