This was a follow-up visit after having had a partial knee replacement performed by Dr. Reynolds. He is excellent. He listens carefully and is genuinely interested in helping me to attain the highest level of performance from my knee.
Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes to be called in for appointment. No one said anything to me so this must be the norm. Dr was the third person to see me. Never introduced himself. If I had not seen him on the tv in the waiting room I would think he was just another member of the staff.
They were running 1 hour behind. Other than that, Mike and DrReynolds and staff were as always perfect.
He’s thoughtful, compassionate, and extremely professional. I can’t imagine being treated by anyone else.
