Waited one hour to sit at the bar. Would have sat in restaurant but they wouldn’t allow us to buy something off the bar menu we wanted. Sat at a dirty table for about 15 minutes before it was cleared. Waited 15 minutes for drinks after ordering and was told they were comped. Yeah, only the diet soda was. Big deal. The tots I think were from Costco. Calamari ok. The bar is understaffed and super slow. Move the people along!!!! There were people standing and waiting while the restaurant had tons of empty tables. Best customer service I have experienced in a while, seriously!!
The whole experience from the ease of parking, the elevator up to the entrance and the smiling host James, The awesome bartender, perfectly made drinks, our table 79 and the greeting card on the table signed by the staff. The bread with yummy cheese butter? The wedge salad served with a chilled fork, aged Rib eye..melts in your mouth and lobster tail served on a hot plate. The butter warmer, so cute.
