I failed emissions and my Dad recommended Fleet Service to me. He has been going there for his cars for 20 years. So I called Brian Rex and he put me on Shanes todo list immediately. I set the appointment and droped of the Jeep. I had a call within 3 hours as to the problem. They replaced both catalytic converters the next day. I walked in this morning, no appointment, they were really busy, and Andy came to my rescue. I work graveyard, live in Everett and commute to downtown Seattle for work. Both my headlights went out at the same time. No lights, no drive; no drive, no work! Andy had Uber come take me home and sent a technician to pick me up when my car was ready.
