A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Everything was wonderful and there was a great selection. Cool view of the cruise ships as well.

We enjoyed a splendid meal that exceeded my expectations at every turn. The Freshness cocktail knocked our socks off and if Swordfish is one of the specials - order that! Or the shrimp and grits! Or...you may need to eat there twice while you are in Charleston.

Celebrated my Birthday here, everything was amazing including the views.
Very relaxed atmosphere, our Waiter David, humourous and knowledgable of the menu. Made our Anniversary dinner very nice, visiting from Washington D.C. area.
